MSC prohibits weapons, explosives, open flames, heating appliances, unapproved extension cords, alcohol and illegal drugs including medical marijuana.

Hair dryers, hair irons and hair straighteners are allowed.
Dive knives are held by security and returned for specific dive excursions; prohibited knife souvenirs must be declared for safekeeping and collected after disembarkation.
Drones and remote-controlled aircraft are prohibited.

MSC Cruises luggage policy

Each guest may check two cases up to 90 x 75 x 43 cm and carry two pieces up to 56 x 45 x 25 cm; every piece is limited to 23 kg.

The cabin total may not exceed 100 kg or eight pieces across all occupants.
Carry documents, medication, valuables and evening clothing because checked bags arrive from late afternoon through early evening.

MSC Cruises dress code by night

Daywear is casual, evenings request a polished look, and selected sailings schedule Gala Night and themed parties.

Swimwear is prohibited in formal dining venues for every meal.
Shorts, flip-flops and tank tops are not allowed for Evening Wear or Gala Night in the main dining rooms, specialty restaurants or MSC Yacht Club; T-shirts are also barred on Gala Night.

MSC Cruises what the stateroom supplies

Every cabin provides a hair dryer, safe, minibar, television, air conditioning and telephone.

Cabins supply 110V and 220V electricity, and outlet adapters may be requested from the Information Office.
Heat-generating devices are prohibited, while baby bottle warmers are available onboard.
