Princess Cruises prohibited items
Princess prohibits weapons, illegal drugs, explosives, heating appliances, irons, kettles, surge-protected cords and other dangerous items.
- Coolers larger than about 12 x 12 x 12 inches are prohibited unless they carry medication, baby food, formula, kosher food or special-diet food, and every cooler must be hand-carried.
- Prohibited items are not stored onboard, and oversized coolers that cannot be returned to a vehicle may be destroyed.
Princess Cruises luggage policy
Princess permits a reasonable amount of personal luggage and publishes no ship-wide piece, dimension or weight maximum.
- Carry medication, travel documents, valuables and breakables instead of handing them to luggage services.
- Checked luggage is usually delivered to the cabin within a few hours of boarding, often by early evening.
- Airline, transfer and port-service limits apply separately from the ship guidance.
Princess Cruises dress code by night
Princess schedules 0 formal nights on 1-4 day cruises, 1 on 5-6 days, 2 on 7-13 days, 3 on 14-20 days, 4 on 21-28 days and at least 5 on longer sailings.
- Smart Casual is the standard for other dining nights.
- Formal dining attire is an evening gown, cocktail dress or pantsuit, or a tuxedo, dark suit or dinner jacket with slacks.
Princess Cruises what the stateroom supplies
Every stateroom provides an electric hair dryer, safe, refrigerator and a 110V US-style outlet.
- Royal Princess and Majestic Princess also provide one 220V Australian socket.
- Princess stateroom pages list shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, but configurations and amenities can vary by ship and category.
